Production time


The typical production time is 3-5 business days. Please note that production time may be longer during the peak Holiday season. We will do our best to update our website accordingly.



How to care for your pillows


We recommend spot cleaning for all of our pillows. If you think your pillow is in need of some TLC, we suggest washing your pillows in cold water to preserve their colors. Wash and dry your pillows on a gentle wash cycle and on the lowest heat setting possible. 



Your pillow ingredients


Our pillows are made of 100% polyester fabric and polyester fill. We print your images onto our fabric using Epson printers and ink to ensure the highest quality possible.  
    We offer 2 Polyester materials:
  1. Crowd favorite is our soft velvet polyester. Perfect for snuggles and hugs. Ideal for indoor settings. 
  2. Durable, stain, and water-resistant, designed to withhold anything mother nature is going to throw at it. Canvas-like material, excellent for the outdoor or patio spaces.



Image replacement


We will be happy to replace your image for you within 24 hours of your order being placed. Due to the custom nature of our product and manufacturing process, we may need to contact you with questions so please keep an eye out for our email. For any image replacement needs please contact us support@allaboutvibe.com.


Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order anytime prior to your order shipment. Once your custom pillows have been shipped we can no longer cancel your order.


Return Policy

We welcome all returns/exchanges on eligible products and orders within 30 days of the delivery date of your order. The returned product(s) must be in new condition and include original packaging. After the 30 day period, no returns/exchanges are accepted. All About Vibe products are 100% made-on-demand (each product is manufactured at the time of the order).  
Our custom pillows are designed specifically for you, using your image, and are not eligible for a return at any time. If you are for some reason not satisfied with your order please reach out to us and we’ll make sure to get the issue corrected.
The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We deliver our products all over the world. Delivery times may vary depending on your region.
